Coach Alexander
Alexander's passion for fitness and health has driven him to become a trainer and coach for individuals looking to improve sport performance, strength, mobility, and overall fitness. With a B.S in Kinesiology from George Mason, he designs programs that are intentional, progressive, and built around each individual. His approach is built around helping individuals move better, feel better, and perform better. Whether he's working with an athlete looking to improve performance or someone who is simply looking to get stronger, his goal is always the same - create a structured program that improves strength, movement quality, and overall performance.
